Overall, my experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. The quick shuttle service to LAX was a significant perk, making travel hassle-free. However, I encountered some frustrating issues with the service that left me feeling undervalued. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, but the situation with the booking and the impersonal staff interactions really dampened my stay.
